Family Offert

For all the families with two adults and at least two children: one full price ticket and the others reduced.

The reservation fee for groups (minimum of 10 people and maximum of 30) is of  5.00 Euros per group; for school groups (minimum of 10 people and maximum of 30) is 1.00 Euro per school group; for single visitors is 1.00 Euro.

THE GROUP TICKET FOR 3 MUSEUMS IS TEMPORARY STOPPED

For all the citizens from Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein, the same facilities of  United Europe citizens will be available.

Temporary free passes for some studying reasons can be allowed by the Special Board for the Venetian Museum Pole.  Extra free entrances: Week of Culture, Children at the Museum.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR DISABLED PEOPLE

We would like to inform all the visitors that, if requested, (on the day of the visit at the museum) it will be possible to use an entrance to the museum without architectonical structures that will lead the visitor, thanks to a lift and to the surveillance, to the exposition halls of the Oriental Art Museum, on the third and last floor of Cà Pesaro.

COLLECTION OF THE TICKETS

Tickets have to be collected at the ticket office next to the entrance of the museum. Visitors have to turn up at the front desk at least 20 minutes in advance with the BOOKING REFERENCE, otherwise entrance will not be guaranteed.

In case of payment by credit card, the credit card holder has to show with his or her identifications document. In case of his or her absence, a proxy and a copy of the identification document of the credit card holder are requested.
